Last call (almost) for Copdock

by

Don’t forget – this weekend sees the Copdock Motorcycle Show taking place at the Trinity Park showground just outside Ipswich in Suffolk.

Tickets for Sunday’s show (9am to 6pm) cost £8.50 in advance or £10 on the gate, with accompanied children under 14 admitted free.

Copdock is a great show – there’s a huge autojumble, a veritable encampment of stalls selling just about everything bike-related you can imagine, stunt shows by the Two Brothers Racing Stunt Team and The Tigers Children’s Motorcycle Display Team, grasstrack racing, Motoball, pre-65 scramblers, vintage speedway, a display of rarely seen classics from the Dave Silvers Museum, a gargantuan classic bike area with many owners’ club stands, Ken Fox’s Wall of Death, live music, and a special guest of honour, trials world champion Dougie Lampkin MBE.

And, as you might’ve guessed if we’re talking about it, there’s a big custom feature too! The Custom Marquee will hold a host of top-class custom bikes, and a select number of trade stalls by some of the best custom builders, engineers and painters in the east too. We here at BSH are sponsoring two trophies in the show, and we’ll be having a stand there too with subscriptions offers, magazines, T-shirts and hoodies on sale. They’re still taking entries for the custom show so if you’d like to enter your bike, ring Roo on 07718 230100.
