It pains me to do this but i need a more practical bike for daily riding. This is my 1972 honda cb 550 hardtail chop, i have owned the bike for 2 and a half years and have been working on it to get it to its current state ever since. All of the wiring is new has had new fork seals brand new full front brake set up, new rear master cylinder new rear brake line, a reconditioned rear caliper new skull tail light new springer seat, new battery, new combined regulator rectifier, new levers, and probably many more new parts that i have forgotten.
It runs a suzuki gs front end and wheels and currently starts and rides, however could probably do with the carbs stripping and cleaning (i may do this if i get the time). It will come with both tanks pictured however the twin cap mustang tank is a bit far gone inside. The sportster style tank and tap are brand new but the tank was rattle canned in a rush. The only other issue is with the charging system after around half an hours riding the battery discharges, this may well be something really sill i have missed while making the new loom.
I am sure there are things i have missed so any questions please ask.
