Excellent service from Keis Apparel – sent my old and non-functioning heated waistcoat, with its lifetime guaranteed heater element, off on Weds to them – they repaired it on Thursday (yesterday), and it was returned today (Friday) working perfectly again!

Best bit o’ bike kit, I’ve ever had – kept me warm through I-don’t-know-how-many winters 😊
