Stormcrow Forge was created 16 years ago by Blacksmith Matthew Cox, bringing new life to some old cattle sheds on a farm in Copthorne, just outside Crawley in West Sussex.
Biker by choice (28 years on the road) and Blacksmith by trade, Matthew values traditional skills and methods, and uses these to create just about anything you can think of from gates, trellises and dragon hanging basket hooks for your garden to sissy bars, mounts and ornamental ironwork for your bike, to fire irons, fruit bowls and curtain poles for your home and candlesticks and trinkets for yourself or a partner.
These are his latest creations to wear as a pendant, use as a keyring, rivet to a jacket or mount on your bike.

Each dagger shaped piece is fitted with a heavy gauge chainmail ring, wire brushed and finished with camelia oil, or you can have a solid bar with hot punched hole which is long enough to be inscribed with up to three runes. The bar on the left is ‘pickle finished’ which has a matt effect rather than the oiled finish.
Each hand forged Rune is made to order, the numbered pieces are personalized with the symbol of your choice from the runic alphabet and come with a numbered, dated and signed card that gives the meaning of the rune.
Every single one is unique – being traditionally made by hand with hammer, fire and anvil.
