Now that we’re deep in the clutches of winter one needs decent winter trewsers and these, ladies an’ gennulmen, are just that. They’re actually all-season trousers, although they may be a little warm for our summers (the quilted thermal lining is removable though), and as such are made of a heavy-duty polyester with stretch panels in the knees and upper legs for comfort, are waterproof, windproof and breathable, have removable CE-approved armour in the knees and removable and adjustable braces, and the bottoms of each leg unzips to allow you to slip them over big winter boots.
They’re very warm, and very waterproof (I’ve ridden through some fairly torrential days in ’em), and they cost just £119.99 from anywhere that sells the Weise range – go to www.weiseclothing.com for more info or to find your local place.
